Project Description:

Project Name: SMM Content for Mobile Bar Catering (7 Video Package)

Scope of Work:
Runngun Video Production agrees to provide professional video production services, including:

  • Industry content checking
  • Pre-production planning and script consultation.
  • Creating treatment with strategic planing
  • 1 full day of Filming in accordance with the script, plus 2 hours of videography on the event (15 December 2024)
  • And post-production editing of seven (7) vertical-format videos for marketing, advertising, and other commercial purposes.
  • High-resolution delivery, optimized for online platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.


Usage Rights:
The Client receives unlimited, perpetual rights to use the videos for personal, commercial, and advertising purposes. Runngun retains the right to showcase all produced materials as part of its portfolio and promotional efforts.

Payment Terms:

Total Amount: $1,499
Payment Method: Zelle to Figuronix LLC (Email: runngun.media@gmail.com)

  • Payment is due in full upon signing this agreement.
  • Services will begin after payment has been received.

Project Timeline:

  1. Kickoff Date: 6 December 2024
  2. Delivery Date: Maximum until - 30 January 2025
  3. Schedule to be finalized based on mutual agreement.

Revisions Policy:

  • Up to seven (7) rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost.
  • Any additional revisions will incur a charge of $100 per round.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If the agreement is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled after work has commenced, payment is non-refundable.

Liability Disclaimer:

Runngun Video Production will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the produced videos.

Non-Exclusivity Clause:

This agreement does not establish exclusive rights for the Client in their industry. Runngun reserves the right to provide similar services to other clients.
